In ten days I will be at Tough Mudder (10 miles / 20 obstacles, and a deep sense that I just never learn my lesson). I can’t say that I am fully prepared for this. I haven’t really jogged much and I definitely haven’t cut back on the food and wine that makes my giggle like a school girl. Maybe I could start today. Ten days is still a good little bit of time to at least detox a bit. The only thing stopping me is that tomorrow is Friday and I love pizza on Friday. Why can’t I have a three minute montage where you see me getting into shape, eating great, and by the end I look awesome? They do that in the movies all the time. I am so jealous of the movies. I should take the baby bassets to the movies. I love popcorn and frozen Junior Mints.
