The homework assignment for the 5th and 6th grade classes this week was to bake two dozen cookies with little to no help. The cookies were distributed at the 5th & 6th grade Christmas party this morning. The classes are pretty small so they always like to combine activities when they can. So here I am with a sugar craving like you would not believe, and a plate of homemade cookies, made from kids. I know my baby bassets didn’t sneeze in the cookie dough, but I am not 100% sure the other kids didn’t either. It’s not worth it right? They look pretty cute and tasty, but out of 28 kids, you just know the odds are not in your favor.
